Welcome New Valley High Estates Resident! Valley High Estates is a single family home neighborhood located in Lower Providence Township, Pennsylvania. It is in the Methacton School District and is in Montgomery County. Construction started here in 2002, and it was dedicated in September of 2007. Valley High Estates is comprised of 131 homes, and has a Homeowners Association. |

There is also a nextdoor site for Valley High Estates (nextdoor.com and enter your address) as well as a Valley High Estates facebook group Our trash is collected by J.P. Mascaro & Sons on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is collected on Tuesdays. Wednesdays they collect yard waste, which must be in an open topped container or in special yard waste bags which can be purchased at Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, and some grocery stores. More information can be found at Pennsylvania American Water Our propane is supplied by Amerigas. You can choose to have them fill it on a regular basis or to call them when it gets low (around 25%). Make sure you mention you are in Valley High Estates when you call. More information can be found at Amerigas Our power is distributed by PECO. The default generator of your electricity is also PECO, however, you can shop around for a different generator. For more information on this option go to PA Power Switch. The TV and internet suppliers are We have lots of children, so please be mindful of them when driving, especially during the times that they are at the school bus stops. Please remember that you are required to remove the snow from your sidewalks. This is especially important so that kids can walk to their bus stops without having to walk in the streets. More information on the rules and regulations of our neighborhood as well as other HOA documents can be found in the Documents section of this website. The Homeowners Association Board is run by volunteers from the community who are elected by the community and who serve for 2 years. The Board holds annual meetings to present the budget as well as other topics of interest to the community. Annual Dues are collected near the beginning of the year.
